We accept exchanges up to 15 days after purchase. The item must be in perfect condition, with tags attached and no signs of wear. If you choose a different item of higher value, we do not offer refunds; however, you will receive a refund of the difference.

The customer assumes the shipping costs for garments or can make their respective exchange in our physical store in Medellin / Poblado.

We do not offer refunds, therefore by making the purchase the customer is accepting all the conditions.
